We want you to roll with confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn skates and gear in their original packaging. If your fit isn't perfect or you've changed your mind, we are here to help you get back on the rink as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Skates

  Place the unused items back in their original ROLLER SKATE branding box and secure them inside a protective shipping carton.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring no old labels are visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the equipment, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
