How do I choose the right size roller skates?
We recommend measuring your foot in centimeters and comparing it to our specific size chart found on each product page. Generally, our skates fit true to sneaker size, but for a snug performance fit, some skaters prefer to size down.
Can I use indoor skates for outdoor skating?
Yes, but we highly recommend swapping the wheels. Indoor wheels are harder for gym floors, while outdoor wheels are softer (78A durometer) to absorb shocks from pebbles and uneven asphalt.
What is your return policy for skates?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all skates that are in brand-new, unused condition with original packaging. Please try your skates on a carpeted surface to avoid scratching the wheels or plates.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, ROLLER SKATE ships worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties.
How often should I replace my toe stops?
This depends on how often you skate and your braking style. You should replace your toe stops once they have worn down to about 1/4 inch from the nut or if you notice uneven wear that affects your stability.
